紅（hóng）外自動大理石（shí）花崗岩切割機是在底座上設置軌（guǐ）道作直線（xiàn）運動，帶動金剛石圓鋸片，紅外切割刀片確定被切割石材的尺寸和直線度，並保證（zhèng）切（qiē）割軌道按照直線運動進行石材板材切割（gē）加工的一種設備。

本機（jī）采用PLC控製（zhì），切割（gē）尺寸由計算機終端數字輸入，所有操作可手（shǒu）動或由計（jì）算機程序自動完成；控製麵板位於機器右側，方便操作人員在放板時對（duì）機器進行調整；麵板上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶顯示；本機最多可（kě）同（tóng）時設置8種不同的（de）切割尺寸（cùn），每種尺寸最多可重複9999次，並可設置多次下刀。切割模式;配備紅外刀儀，可準確（què）定位；切割進給速度由（yóu）變頻器調節；鋸片（piàn）由電機直接（jiē）驅動，可由液壓傳動驅動，自動旋轉90°；最大可切割（gē）3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作台可承重（chóng）600kg，可（kě）轉動0°~ 85°。支撐架與機架一體，可快速安裝使用（yòng），移動方便，無（wú）需提前搭建混凝土基礎。

Cutting mode; equipped with infrared knife instrument, can be accurately positioned; cutting feed speed adjusted by the frequency converter; saw blade driven directly by the motor, can be driven by the hydraulic transmission, automatic rotation of 90 °; the maximum cutting 3200mm × 2000mm plate; table can support 600kg, can be turned 0 ° ~ 85 °.
